Full Moon & Penumbral Lunar Eclipse in Libra, Wednesday, March 23rd, 8:01 a.m., edt.
The Moon will be partially eclipsed as it travels through the shadow of the Earth, the umbra. This will cause a temporary "blocking" of light on the moon, thus causing and enhancing the feelings of fear, doubt, "darkness", loss... However, the positive side is that it will bring mystery, renewal, faith, strength, and power. You must release what is no longer needed or wanted, send it to the darkness, and release the light on what it is you need and desire.
Inevitably, this will tamper with our relationships. The delicate, but eternally persistant Libran moon reaches out to our souls once again....yearning, seeking, insisting on resolution, harmony, balance, oneness, steady and stable love, with our near and dear one (or ones!) It is as it should be. True love and friendship should be strong and stable, nurturing and blessed. Libra and the moon wills it so. Venus (love, beauty) and Neptune (dreams, ideals) are struggling with the earthbound (Saturn) and aggressive (Mars) side of love this time around. Not to worry. The Sun in Aries (Mars) can shine a brilliant beam of golden light on the fearful shadows, creating a "halo" effect on our most precious relationships.

This can be a time of soulmates and love! It's also a time of gratitude for any of our relationships. The moon is in the mood for healing. And it's a full moon. Libra is in the area of health, also, making a positive aspect to healing, physically, as well as psychically and emotionally. With Jupiter and Chiron's (the wounded healer's) help, in a good aspect with Pluto (the lord of depth), let the healing begin.
I also see animals highlighted here (moon in 6th house) for this eclipse. Take care of the beasts and creatures. Offer them shelter and nourishment. Care for them as you would care for yourself. And of course, know that the elementals are watching closely, as they set up camp for this enticing lunar eclipse. This is their time...the onset of Spring and faerie holidays.

I'll break it down for you. Then I'll repeat.

Neptune is in Pisces.
The Sun is in Pisces.
Mercury is in Pisces.
That's a lot of Pisces, peeps.
What does it mean?
There will be oceans of spirituality, metaphysicality, fantasy, illusion, art, poetry, music, dreams, romance, emotion, healing, and... magic. There will also be ghosts, spirits, star people, phenomena, astral travel, prophecy, angels, faeries, spirit guides, deceased relatives, appearing out of nowhere,....and magic. You may even see a long gone famous person walking the streets. Go ahead and say, "Hello." There will be water, water, literally and symbolically, everywhere. (Don't go in the water without a life jacket, literally, and symbolically.)
At the very least, strange things will appear, or happen. Out of the blue. At the most....you may experience nirvana, spiritual revelations, visitations from the beyond, transformations....etc. You get the idea. Just wait. It's going to happen.

I realize we have been discussing practical matters for the last couple of moons, dreams and goals, but practical matters, nonetheless. How do we make our dreams come true? Enter Pisces. The Magician. The Metphysician. The Sorcerer. The Priest, or Priestess. This is it, peeps! Take it from an eternal Piscean. Now is the time. And we do have time. The New Moon gives us time. The Solar Eclipse gives us more time. The intentions you set for this moon will echo for months to come.
Astronomically, the moon will pass between the Earth and the Sun, appearing to block, or "eclipse" the Sun. In the eastern sky, it will be dark, so not much can be seen. There will be news of this everywhere, so you won't have to look far for information. Astrologically, this eclipse will cause permanent shifts in your life. It is all meant for good. It is all meant for growth, peace, happiness, well being. Sometimes what we think we want, well, it's not really what we do want. Go with it. We already know it won't always be easy. Some people like the drama of torture. Well, ok. Here's torture for you. Be careful what you wish for....you just may get it.
The events that are triggered will be events from the last eclipse in September of 2015. It doesn't matter. Your life will take on a whole new meaning at the finale of this eclipse. Try to deny it. You can't. Try to ignore it. It's impossible. While the effects may linger, may be subtle, over time...you will know. You will transform. It's different with Pisces. It won't blast you like Aries. It won't torch you like Scorpio. It won't criticize you like Virgo. It won't even ignore you like Capricorn. This one will impact you, like a slow and steady, poetic, and musical flooding of your senses, like on (or in), a great body of water, or a fantasy world of your making and design. I dare you to conjure one up. I triple dog dare you...
For once, I am not even going to bother with all the planetary details. Yes, we have some challenges. Yes. Some of the planets are misbehaving. But, no matter. Now is the time to focus on magic. And if you don't believe by now... Well. What can I say??? The last couple years, at least, should have taught you something. At least to not make all the wrong moves. So, now is the time to dream up a reality.
Here are some dangers with all this Pisces. Pay attention. And don't say I didn't warn you.
Avoid chemical addictives for a long time.
Avoid people who are deceptive....if you can spot them.
Avoid wishful thinking. (Belief in magic and dreams is different).
Avoid food addictions.
Avoid people addictions.
Avoid irrational escapism and fantasies. (Yes, there is a difference between real fantasy and deceptive fantasy.)
Avoid anything that is addictive, or would hurt innocent people, including children and animals.
Do these things for 3-6 months.

Some say that Neptune is the great deceiver. Well, yes, this is true. But the greatest deceiver can be the greatest source of truth. I have found with Neptune, if you are always on guard, set your boundaries the best you can, think long and hard before you take action, pray and have faith, you can survive. If you know you can be hoodwinked, then be forewarned.
As it is a new moon, get ready to set your intentions on paper, and in your heart, but DO NOT set them until Wednesday, March 9th, after 2:40 p.m. because the moon is void-of-course. The void will end in the Moon in Aries. Perfect for those dreams to take flight. As a matter of fact, you can wait awhile, until it all sinks in. Just check on those void-of-course moons, and use those times for creativity and dreaming. Set up a sacred space with all the Piscean props you can find.

So, immediately following the New Moon, Solar Eclipse, use this time for all your creative endeavors. Do it up. Do it well. Please, Please, go out under the night sky. Pray, meditate. Use your wands to conjure up love, peace, prosperity, goodness, happiness, and love. Dance and sing. Build a faerie house. Talk to the animals. Talk to your relatives and friends that have crossed over. Be with the angels. Be with yourself.
Love the world.
Love the light.
