Welcome to this Tumultuous New Moon in Libra, on Monday, October 8th, at 11:46 p.m., edt.
Ah, the Lovers' Libra Moon, the couples moon, the relationship moon. What would seem like a full moon is actually a new moon, a time to begin anew with someone else, a significant other, a friend, a colleague, an indefinable relationship. Libra likes balance, fairness, peace, partnership. Here you have the Sun and Moon wanting the same thing. And...Venus in Scorpio has gone retrograde. The energy is doubled, intensified, covering past ground.
The Moon, on this night, thus activating the tension, will square Pluto in Capricorn and disconnect Neptune in Pisces. What must transform will do so, intently, dramatically, tumultuously, and possibly.....uncomfortably. The disconnect with Neptune makes this harder to bear. Our dreams, ideals, illusions (Neptune in Pisces), and candy coated wishes, may get a dredging from Pluto. With Mercury in Libra making a positive vibe with Saturn, all the more for the best. Jupiter in Scorpio is in a happy place this time around (thank our lucky stars), but remember it's still in Scorpio. You must know at least one Scorpio dominant who loves distorted art. Just beware. Jupiter will expand whatever you let in....so make sure you want to let it in. You have heard the expression, "Beware of the letting the vampire in."
Yes, we are still talking about a new moon, a very intense new moon. Your best intentions and wishes can be anything to do with fairness, balance, relationships, truth, and justice. You can set powerful intentions right after the new moon until 4:50 a.m. You can also set again on October 11th at 7:12 p.m.
As Libra is an air sign, you can activate your windchimes, anything musical. Allowing Venus to shine creatively is a remedy for the possible pitfalls of the retrograde. Venus retrograde is dominant here for the next month until November 16th. Even then you should be careful to not upset her for a good couple weeks. Venus loves art, luxury, money, creativity, almost as much as Neptune, but with a more earthly, carnal flavor. Be careful with that retrograde. Be careful with that Venus in Scorpio.
There is a dark side to all this. Jealousy, control, abuse, power, these are all things Libra does not like (ultimately). Stand guard and tread lightly. Focus on the positive aspects of this concoction. Allow your inner goddess to shine. It's actually not a bad idea to throw a masquerade ball. We are on the edge of a formidable Full Moon in Aries, exact on Monday, September 24th, at 10:51 p..m., eastern time. Can you feel the energy at the starting gate, wanting to break through?
The Aries moon will not tolerate inertia or static motion. It accepts the spiritual, mystical side of the moon...because it must. Ahhhh...the soothing and cool silky waves of mystical, magical Neptune and Pisces. Mmmmm......can you feel it? Forget about the tears and the heartache for one minute. The Moon in Pisces is a dreamer moon. Dream of beautiful, fantastical adventures in the faraway reaches of your psyche and soul. Imagine for one night there is healing in the mist. You catch a ride on a rainbow and a slide on a moonbeam. You catch a glimpse of the grand kite in the sky and you hop on as they whisper, "Join us, this is where you want to be." You feel like dancing, singing, laughing, and soaring. Oh, if only this feeling would last a bit longer...it's so lovely. It's so refreshing....you need it so. Let the watery Neptunian teardrops fall. Feel the liquidy cleansing. All those dreary and gloomy thoughts seem to vanish when you imagine your dreams and will them to be so.
The breaking news in this moon is the extraordinary Kite formation (see image below). The Kite, in this instance, is a Grand Trine (or mystic triangle) with a sextile connection added to complete a kite pattern between the Moon, Uranus, Saturn, and the Sun. The kite,
during a full moon, is an especially amazing configuration of sensational
energy to grab hold of. But you need the back bone, the structure, or
the "pole"of the kite, so to speak, to hold the thing together and let
it fly. In this case, the backbone of the kite is the opposition of
the Sun in Virgo and the Moon in Pisces.
Uranus and Saturn, connecting this to the Pisces Moon, are also in
earth signs, and the earth signs are what make up the grand trine
portion of the kite. Little Pisces has latched on for a cosmic ride and
having so much fun, but with the stability of earth. Jupiter in Scorpio is intercepting
this kite, reaching for Neptune in Pisces (kind of like the string that
you hold onto attached to the kite so it doesn't fly away), allowing for
the navigation to support and guide the Piscean wanderlust so it doesn't drift off to never-neverland. Now that is a mouthful, but quite sensational in its reality.
Jupiter and Neptune are 2 peas in a pod, best friends and soul mates,
the two adventurers together dreaming, planning, and soaring. Jupiter
says, "C'mon, C'mon, let's go, hurry, hurry!" Neptune says, "Really? Do
you think so? Do you think I can? I want to so badly..." Jupiter says,

As human beings on this rocky earthy land, we need this moon. We need it not only for the dreamy, spiritual, metaphysical, and creative energy, but we need it for the grounding earth energy. The big planets are still retrograde, allowing us to not only see the past, but see how far we have come. What will you take with you into the future? What will you leave behind? Little fiesty Mars will be going direct August 27th, allowing relief to begin from the inner rumblings and the outer temper tantrums. Give it a couple of months to allow for the healing. Grandfather Saturn has been working over-time for a long time. He is there to make sure we walk that line. Venus in Libra is making a nice aspect to newly direct Mercury in Leo. Finally, we get to see love and luxury take a break from the grueling grind. For now, anyway. Venus will go retrograde on October 5th (the day Mars leaves the shadow side, thankfully), until November 16th. As Venus will be in Scorpio, well what can I say? Beware of the Scorpion mystery, to say the least, and the Scorpio intensity, at the most.
Beware the square between Mars and Uranus, direct or not, it will be there for awhile. Venus is headed for an opposition to Uranus soon. It will last awhile. Lay low. Try to stay out of the line, if you can. The good energy is still there, so you won't be deserted completely.

We have a very extraordinary New Moon & Partial Solar Eclipse in Leo, on Saturday, August 11th, at 5:57 a.m., edt.
This is, rightfully so, the grand finale of a very, very tumultuous "triple threat" eclipse season these past summer weeks. It has been unique, transforming, and yes, extremely challenging. Now is the time to bring closure to the phenomenon with a dramatic and enlightening conclusion. The first solar eclipse of the event was in Cancer, the sign of personal awareness. The second lunar eclipse was in Aquarius, the sign of the collective vision. This third and final solar eclipse is in Leo, the sign of projection, a very fitting denouement of a very enlightening final act. The show is over. Take a bow...Take what you have experienced and move on to a bright and extraordinary future...
How much better can you get with the Sun and Moon in Leo? Leo is love, light, creativity, and generosity. What a magnificent opportunity this is to ride off into the sunrise (and sunset) with our newly polished souls! There will be moments of shadows up until the turning of the new moon, with final awareness of transformation. The purging, releasing, transforming have all been completed in our souls and lives. Turn your face to the Sun. Let go of the old ways that have roped and tied you to the chains of your psyches. The ways that hurt you. The ways that were broken. The ways that trapped you.

The past has been thrown in our faces... As always though, and as I have stated previously, if you have done the work, so bestowed by your own personal karma, you will have ended gracefully. Also, as these eclipses have been about the personal and the collective, we must concern ourselves with, not only our selves and our loved ones, but also the greater good and the universe. There are a lot of souls out there... But we can show each other the way, we can show ourselves the way, day after day....
The Moon and Sun and Mercury retrograde in Leo, all tightly cuddling up next to each other, will remind you to think it through, learn as you go, and be patient...Most importantly, think before you speak and pause before you act. There will be an Epic Full Moon & Total Lunar Eclipse in Aquarius, on Friday, July 27th, 2018, exact at 4:20 p.m., eastern time.
The eclipse begins at 1:15 p.m. on Friday, but we have all been feeling it already. The physical phenomenon affects our lives unmistakably, and our souls undeniably. Try not to fight it. Let it in, because we all really have no choice. The eclipse may cause epic events in the universe, our earth, and of course our personal lives. My advice is to ride the wave and enjoy the wonder.
The sensational and mysterious physical process of the eclipse will cause dramatic results on earth, and of course, our physical bodies and minds. Because the alignment of the earth's shadow blocks the moon from receiving the sun's light, and the moon normally acts like a mirror reflecting this light, the gravitational anomaly could cause some unusual (or bizarre) occurrences. These strange happenings, as we have been familiar with all our lives, can be personal, physical, in the natural and metaphysical world. quite palpable right now. The ego may struggle with the pull between

The Pluto and Venus combination can be very lethal, in good ways and not so good ways. Venus is also squaring the Moon, Neptune, and Uranus. -Be sure to go out in the moonlight (how could you resist?) and feel the magic of the stars, the moon, the cosmos.
-Place things you want to energize and enlighten under the moonlight for a few days and nights. You can place photographs, jewelry, writings, special little things, crystals, stones, oils, water, whatever you want mystically energized for positive energy.
-The Moon in Aquarius is very socially conscious. Consider doing something for the greater good, however you feel compelled. Helping worthy causes is a good place to start. Be there for the abused, the abandoned, the sick, the elderly, the underdog, and the down-trodden.
-Connect with the spirit world in any way you feel compelled. Angels, earth angels, animal spirits, spirit guides, ancestors and relatives who have crossed over, faeries, nature spirits, are all very real and can be there for us....and us for them.
-Meditation, solitude, seclusion, reflection are very healthy at this potentially turbulent time.
-Prayer and gratitude help to ground us to our daily lives and also to our spiritual lives, providing stability and balance at what could be a shaky couple of weeks.
-Be creative!!! Write, sing, dance, play, create. These are the times for poetry and art, music and play. Tap into what creative energy can enlighten and transform you.
-Walk the earth barefoot, connect with nature, tend to your land.
-Very importantly, care for the animals, especially the helpless. Your pets and critters will feel this eclipse strongly. Do what you can, if you can, for abused, abandoned, sick animals.
