Greetings Fellow Metaphysicians!

We have a mystical, magical, dreamy New Moon in Pisces on March 6th, Wednesday, 11:02 a.m., eastern time.

This is the artist's moon, the dreamer's moon, the poet's moon.  It is very, very spiritual and ethereal. Take a break from reality for a while.  Why not?  We could all use a break.  That is what Pisces is all about.  Create a fantasy, a work of art, a masterpiece of your own choice and inspiration.

The impact of this moon is the tight conjunction of the Sun, Moon, and Neptune, all in Pisces of course.  The foggy dreaminess of Neptune, the ideality of Pisces, and the mystery and lure of the Pisces moon make for a euphoric and alluring fantastical journey through hope, inspiration, optimism, and fantasy!

Saturn in Capricorn is even playing his part nicely, allowing Pisces to follow the stars and bring dreams to earth to feel, sense, and believe!  Well done, beautiful souls!  The approval of Saturn is to be commended.

Venus adding a square to Uranus and Mars adds some spicy tension and zing to our love relationships, our cash flow, our luxuries, and our desires.  Jupiter sends positive energy to Uranus, encouraging expansion of spontaneous, electric, unique, and maybe revolutionary happenings. Also, and very importantly, this is a time of benevolent giving and charity.  Care for the needy, the underprivileged,  the abused, the abandoned, the sick, and the downtrodden.  Go out of your way for the animals and nature.  The Piscean spirit is a Godsend for these souls.

Bless the nurses and the caretakers, the givers, and the healers.  This is the time for spiritual healing, for water therapy, prayer, and meditation.  Let your new moon intentions include creative, benevolent, and spiritual wishes.  Be sure to light your pink and blue candles alongside your crystals. Add some flowing water and a journal of creative ideas to add to your mix. Set your intentions right away, as the moon will not void-of-course until March 7, at 2:08 p.m.

Phenomenal New Moon & Solar Eclipse! You Can Do Magic!

Greetings Fellow Metaphysicians!

Welcome to a Phenomenal Solar Eclipse & New Moon in Capricorn, on Saturday, January 5th, 8:27 p.m., edt.

This is a super enlightening, motivating, and positive eclipse and new moon!  The cosmos is so pretty with the trines and sextiles in all the right places.  There is a serious focus on Jupiter, Mercury, Saturn, Sun, Moon, and a very, very special placement with Neptune. The tight sextile between the Moon, Sun, Saturn and Neptune is extremely inspiring, indeed.  The time is right to harvest your dreams.  Use your magic to watch them unfold into earthly reality.  Never mind the tears, the heartache, the gloomy blues.  Latch onto something that makes you happy and peaceful.  Believe in Magic....

Uranus, the planet of electricity, surprise, speed, and revolution, will speed things up pretty quickly, before you know it, and in the blink of any eye.  Also, Uranus goes direct tomorrow, Sunday, January 6th, 3:26 p.m., edt. Once it starts moving ahead at break neck speed, there is no looking back.  Forward motion will gain momentum, depending on where it lands in your personal chart. Mars and Venus can make for powerful love and relationship connections, just watch out for the intensity.

Spellbinding New Moon in Scorpio! It's a Strange Magic.....

Greetings Metaphysicians!

We have a Spellbinding New Moon in Scorpio on Wednesday, November 7th, at 11:01 a.m., eastern time.

I see mystery and magic, mixed with sparkling and enlightening happenings and developments. Combine that with soon to be Venus direct (thank you very much) and Jupiter in Sagittarius (bout time), there is hope and inspiration... for new vision in our lives, our souls, and our journeys.  Now is the time to consider our legacies, what we will leave behind us.  And not a moment too soon.  We have been on a serious roller-coaster ride down here, since last eclipse season. 

Aside from the fact that the Moon and Sun are in Scorpio, a major player here is the trine with Neptune in Pisces, and a mystically enhancing connection with Pluto.  The harmonious trine between Saturn and Uranus provides sturdy and solid results to enlightening artistic, spiritual, idealistic, and revolutionary ventures!

I am hopeful (Jupiter in Sagittarius).  I see the light (Uranus).  I feel magical (Neptune in Pisces).  I desire transformation (Pluto and Scorpio).  I need security (Saturn).  I crave excitement (Venus and Mars).  These aspects are all on the move right now!!  It's a strange magic...

This is a new moon to make magic. You will want to set intentions, dream your dreams, plan your plans, design a new vision, for old and new hopes, dreams, and wishes.  Journal your plans, pray for your manifestations, meditate for your soul, give thanks for the incredible universe.  Water therapy/healing is perfect for this moon.  Visit the ocean or go to the spa.  Seek water.  Be spiritual.  Be creative.  The Neptune energy is also good for helping others, the sick, the abandoned, the abused, the lonely.  I'm sure you are feeling this special energy.  Absorb this sparkling mysticism.  Right after the new moon becomes exact you can set your intentions until Thursday, November 8th, at 5:42 a.m.,  when the moon goes void-of-course.

Honestly, this is a rare moment in time that can be relished.  The energy will linger for a while.  Do take advantage of this reprieve.  Having said that, there is always moon activity that will make you feel uncomfortable.  Try not to get clogged by the Neptune square to Mercury, nor discouraged by the Jupiter square to Mars.  These can be used as challenges.

I would be concerned about Venus (she's still retrograde ya know)  opposite Uranus, and the Venus square to Pluto.  Our lovely lady is NOT quite finished yet.....there is definitely some unfinished business.  With Uranus backing into Aries for a short time, you can be sure this is a major issue.  What will happen?  Only Uranus knows for sure.  Even Venus will feel the shock.  Let's hope it's a good one.

We really are turning the corner here.  We can begin again.  We can heal.  With the up and coming  planetary movements, there is opportunity to re-write your story, re-route your journey, re-play your aspirations, and finally, re-design your legacy.

Exhilirating Full Moon in Taurus,with a Uranian Twist!

Greetings Fellow Metaphysicians!

Welcome to an Exciting, Exhilarating, and Brilliant Full Moon in Taurus with an Electrifying Uranian Twist (caps with a purpose!)  This moon will be exact at 12:44 p.m., on Wednesday, October 24th, eastern time. This is going to be one heck of a ride.  Fasten your seat belt, close your eyes, and hang on!

This moon is really something else.  Do you feel the high power energy of the intense conjunction between Uranus in Taurus and the Moon in Taurus?  The real drama here is the opposition to Venus retrograde in Scorpio (no less), and the Sun in Scorpio!  Wow.  The intensity and depth of carnal sensuality, with a twinge of implacable and unrelenting purpose, will surely vibrate with unapologetic bravado.  Make no mistake, though, there is an element and/or frequency of danger, shock, "out-of-the-blue" sudden manifestations.

This energy will and should get your soul moving!  You may feel like running, dancing, jumping off a cliff (please don't do that!)...with Mercury, Neptune, and Pluto in the background providing creative and artistic (spiritual too) depth and opportunity. It's not a bad idea to get your running or dancing shoes on for the marathon.  Tap into it!  Absorb the electrical flow....and just see and feel the possibilities of revolutionary enlightenment.

There is also an element of stability brought to us by Saturn in Capricorn.  The stubborn and stable Taurus Bull will receive aid and assistance in grounding and cementing this exciting current of change, rebellion, and enlightenment, from the lord of all things bright and shocking, Uranus himself.  Remember, a full moon is very spiritual and full of mystery and magic.  Here is hoping the magic will find it's way to you with a sense of deep enrichment and motivating hope for the future.

Tumultuous New Moon in Libra! Dare you trust the music of the night?

Greetings Fellow Metaphysicans!  

Welcome to this Tumultuous New Moon in Libra, on Monday, October 8th, at 11:46 p.m., edt.

Ah, the Lovers' Libra Moon, the couples moon, the relationship moon.  What would seem like a full moon is actually a new moon, a time to begin anew with someone else, a significant other, a friend, a colleague, an indefinable relationship.  Libra likes balance, fairness, peace, partnership.  Here you have the Sun and Moon wanting the same thing.  And...Venus in Scorpio has gone retrograde.  The energy is doubled, intensified, covering past ground.

The Moon, on this night, thus activating the tension,  will square Pluto in Capricorn and disconnect Neptune in Pisces.  What must transform will do so, intently, dramatically, tumultuously, and possibly.....uncomfortably.  The disconnect with Neptune makes this harder to bear.  Our dreams, ideals, illusions (Neptune in Pisces), and candy coated wishes, may get a dredging from Pluto.  With Mercury in Libra making a positive vibe with Saturn, all the more for the best.  Saturn is karma, truth, molding, cementing. Uranus will still have his mighty say in some things, so don't be surprised by the surprise (or shock) that is sure to unveil itself.  Mars in Aquarius will be in good aspect to the Moon and Sun, but still, be on guard for the deceit and violence.

All this, with Venus retrograde, makes for a deep, churning yearning as it trines Neptune in Pisces (as well as makes a sextile to that rascal Pluto).  You just may catch the beauty of all this.  You most likely will feel the intense passion of all this.  Truth be told, you may just surrender to the seduction of the tempting forbidden.

Let's get right to the mood song, shall we?  Oh, and ladies (and gentlemen), watch out for the phantom....he's lurking where you least expect him.

Jupiter in Scorpio is in a happy place this time around (thank our lucky stars), but remember it's still in Scorpio.  So if anything wonderful can happen, we can pursue a moon of creativity, beauty, expansion, artistic depth, even distorted art (think "The Scream").  You must know at least one Scorpio dominant who loves distorted art.  Just beware.  Jupiter will expand whatever you let in....so make sure you want to let it in.  You have heard the expression, "Beware of the letting the vampire in."

Yes, we are still talking about a new moon, a very intense new moon.  Your best intentions and wishes can be anything to do with fairness, balance, relationships, truth, and justice. You can set powerful intentions right after the new moon until 4:50 a.m. You can also set again on October 11th at 7:12 p.m.

As Libra is an air sign, you can activate your windchimes, anything musical.  Allowing Venus to shine creatively is a remedy for the possible pitfalls of the retrograde.  Venus retrograde  is dominant here for the next month until November 16th.  Even then you should be careful to not upset her for a good couple weeks.  Venus loves art, luxury, money, creativity, almost as much as Neptune, but with a more earthly, carnal flavor. Be careful with that retrograde.  Be careful with that Venus in Scorpio.

There is a dark side to all this.  Jealousy, control, abuse, power, these are all things Libra does not like (ultimately).  Stand guard and tread lightly.  Focus on the positive aspects of this concoction.  Allow your inner goddess to shine.  It's actually not a bad idea to throw a masquerade ball.  You have a good 2 weeks to 28 days for this energy to shine.

This all depends on where your moon falls in your transit chart, of course.  Although, you probably won't have any trouble figuring out the place in your life where the focus will be.

A Formidable Full Moon in Aries...Far from the shallow now...

Greetings Fellow Metaphysicians!

We are on the edge of a formidable Full Moon in Aries, exact on Monday, September 24th, at 10:51 p..m., eastern time.  Can you feel the energy at the starting gate, wanting to break through?

The Aries moon will not tolerate inertia or static motion.  It accepts the spiritual, mystical side of the moon...because it must.  Make no mistake, though, with the moon making a positive aspect to Mars, the Arian home planet, there will be some powerful and intense moonbeam focus and determination to chart the course and run the race.  Wherever the moon lands in your personal chart will tell the tale.  How will you set your course?

This moon opposes the Sun in Libra, the sign of balance and relationships. With a full moon, the focus always comes round to you vs. the other, whoever or whatever the other may be.  Aries is a sign of power and action, as well as impatience and imposition.  Have you ever met an Aries that appears calm, cool, and collected?  Hmmm?  Don't be fooled.  That calm cool exterior is controlling the unseen (for the moment) inner fire.  There is a lot of lava bubbling underneath that surface. Do you feel the need to break free?  Do you want to take off on a new road and feel the dust kicking up behind you?  Do you feel like that Libra energy and the mystery of the moon is holding you back to think things through to rationality?  Hmmm....

The major player is Saturn making 3 square transits to the Moon, the Sun, and Mercury.  You must polish and refine the finishing touches on your aspirations leftover from the recent eclipse season.  Saturn requires completion, closure, a proper conclusion.  This is no easy task with that Aries ram chomping at the bit, stomping and pacing, ready to charge. And last but not least, Chiron, the wounded healer is so delicately close to that moon, which is opposing the Sun and Mercury in Libra.  Wow.  You don't need to be able to translate astrology to figure that one out.  You can feel it.  It 's there.  No doubt about it.

The good news is... through the power, the trauma, the catharsis, of whatever it is that is holding you back can bring you to a new level of excitement, possibility, happiness, and .... Love.  With Neptune, Venus, and Jupiter together this time around, you can be thankful that Aries energy just may bring you to a place of euphoria and bliss.  The magic can surprise you...the intensity is real...all the inertia can and will transform into potential bliss.  Now doesn't that sound worth it. Think about it...

Full Moon in Pisces! Just Remember it's a Grand Illusion...

We have a Dreamy Full Moon in Pisces, on Sunday, August 26th, at 7:55 a.m., eastern time.

Ahhhh...the soothing and cool silky waves of mystical, magical Neptune and Pisces.  Mmmmm......can you feel it?  Forget about the tears and the heartache for one minute. The Moon in Pisces is a dreamer moon. Dream of beautiful, fantastical adventures in the faraway reaches of your psyche and soul.  Imagine for one night there is healing in the mist.  You catch a ride on a rainbow and a slide on a moonbeam.  You catch a glimpse of the grand kite in the sky and you hop on as they whisper, "Join us, this is where you want to be."  You feel like dancing, singing, laughing, and soaring. Oh, if only this feeling would last a bit longer...it's so lovely.  It's so refreshing....you need it so. Let the watery Neptunian teardrops fall.  Feel the liquidy cleansing.  All those dreary and gloomy thoughts seem to vanish when you imagine your dreams and will them to be so.


The breaking news in this moon is the extraordinary Kite formation (see image below).  The Kite, in this instance, is a Grand Trine (or mystic triangle) with a sextile connection added to complete a kite pattern between the Moon, Uranus, Saturn, and the Sun.  The kite, during a full moon, is an especially  amazing configuration of sensational energy to grab hold of.  But you need the back bone, the structure, or the "pole"of the kite, so to speak, to hold the thing together and let it fly.  In this case, the backbone of the kite is the opposition of the Sun in Virgo and the Moon in Pisces. 

Uranus and Saturn, connecting this to the Pisces Moon, are also in earth  signs, and the earth signs are what make up the grand trine portion of the kite.  Little Pisces has latched on for a cosmic ride and having so much fun, but with the stability of earth.  Jupiter in Scorpio is intercepting this kite, reaching for Neptune in Pisces (kind of like the string that you hold onto attached to the kite so it doesn't fly away), allowing for the navigation to support and guide the Piscean wanderlust so it doesn't drift off to never-neverland.  Now that is a mouthful, but quite sensational in its reality. 

Jupiter and Neptune are 2 peas in a pod, best friends and soul mates, the two adventurers together  dreaming, planning, and soaring.  Jupiter says, "C'mon, C'mon, let's go, hurry, hurry!"  Neptune says, "Really? Do you think so?  Do you think I can? I want to so badly..." Jupiter says, "Sure, it will be fine, it will be good."  And so it is.

 As human beings on this rocky earthy land, we need this moon.  We need it not only for the dreamy, spiritual, metaphysical, and creative energy, but we need it for the grounding earth energy.  We need to dream our dreams, feel our feelings, connect to spirit, make magic and see those dreams come true.  But we also need to walk the earth and deal with the ground beneath our feet.  Isn't it nice, though, to know we can do both?  That is the partnership between Saturn and Uranus.  The steadfast, strict, karmic lessons of Saturn and the revolutionary, electric, impulsive, thrilling energy of Uranus have joined forces to offer a journey of spiritual ascension.  This is it.  Blessings will be bestowed. But you must, you must, acknowledge the caution mixed with the illusions of Neptune and Jupiter.  Hold onto that string.  Be grateful for the backbone that protects us, but yet allows the kite to fly

The big planets are still retrograde, allowing us to not only see the past, but see how far we have come.  What will you take with you into the future?  What will you leave behind?   Little fiesty Mars will be going direct August 27th, allowing relief to begin from the inner rumblings and the outer temper tantrums.  Give it a couple of months to allow for the healing.  Grandfather Saturn has been working over-time for a long time.  He is there to make sure we walk that line.  Venus in Libra is making a nice aspect to newly direct Mercury in Leo.  Finally, we get to see love and luxury take a break from the grueling grind.  For now, anyway.  Venus will go retrograde on October 5th (the day Mars leaves the shadow side, thankfully), until November 16th.  As Venus will be in Scorpio, well what can I say? Beware of the Scorpion mystery, to say the least, and the Scorpio intensity, at the most. 

Beware the square between Mars and Uranus, direct or not, it will be there for awhile.  Venus is headed for an opposition to Uranus soon. It will last awhile.  Lay low.  Try to stay out of the line, if you can.  The good energy is still there, so you won't be deserted completely. 

But again, this is a good moon, a beautiful, a dreamer's  moon.  Enjoy your full moon weekend.
